How it works

How visitor identification works.

What "up to 40% identified" actually means — and how we make it work without forms, popups, or sketchy data.

What "identification" means.

Most analytics platforms stop at counting. They tell you a visitor came from Atlanta, looked at three pages, and left. You learn nothing about who they were. Identification closes that gap: when an anonymous visitor lands on your site, we attempt to resolve them to a real person — first name, last name, business email, and postal address — so you can actually follow up.

How we do it.

A lightweight tracking pixel on your site captures the technical signals every browser already broadcasts — IP, device fingerprint, referrer, page sequence. Those signals are matched against an identity-resolution graph built from verified, opt-in consumer and business records. When the match clears our confidence threshold, you get the contact details. When it doesn't, the visitor stays anonymous and nothing is returned. No forms. No popups. No guessing.

Why "up to 40%".

Match rates vary. Real-world ranges we observe sit between roughly 15% and 40% of total US-based traffic. What moves the number:

  • Geography. US visitors resolve at much higher rates than international.
  • Traffic source. Organic and direct convert higher than paid social.
  • Device mix. Desktop sessions resolve more reliably than mobile-only sessions.
  • Audience. B2C consumer traffic in real estate, financial services, and title is exactly where the resolution graph is strongest.

We say "up to 40%" because that's the ceiling we see in the strongest segments, not a guarantee for every site. We never promise a fixed lead count — that depends on your traffic, your offer, and your drip.

What you receive.

For each identified visitor, you get a record in your dashboard with first name, last name, business email, and a verified postal address. Identified visitors flow into your drip campaigns automatically — email sequences and (on plans that include it) direct mail. You can export at any time. The data is yours; if you cancel, you take it with you.

Compliance.

The identity-resolution graph is built exclusively from records with documented opt-in consent. Every visitor can opt out at any time via a one-click link, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track signals. We do not identify minors. We are aligned with GDPR (for EU visitors, who are excluded by default), CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the FTC's commercial-email rules. The legal framing matches how reputable B2B and B2C identity providers (e.g., RB2B, Customers.ai, Lead Forensics) operate — we just bundle it into a turnkey platform.

The honest framing.

We don't promise outcomes — we ship the infrastructure that supports them. Identification gives you names you didn't have. The drip puts those names in front of you, again. Whether they become customers depends on your follow-up and your offer. What we can promise: a meaningful share of your anonymous traffic will stop being anonymous starting the day the pixel goes live.
